CJF – Terms & Conditions

1. Platform Purpose & CJF's Limited Role

CJF provides a space for Hosts to list vehicles. CJF:

• Does NOT own or manage vehicles
• Does NOT verify accuracy of listings
• Does NOT handle money or payments
• Does NOT guarantee Host/Renter identity
• Does NOT provide insurance
• Does NOT get involved in rental agreements
• Does NOT resolve disputes

All responsibility is between Host & Renter.

CJF's role is limited to displaying listings and providing tools for communication.

2. Mandatory Scam Warning

Scammers exist everywhere. CJF is NOT responsible for fraud or financial loss.

Renters MUST follow these safety rules:

• Never send money before seeing the vehicle in person
• Do not pay deposits online unless physically present with the vehicle
• Avoid Hosts who refuse to meet in person
• Inspect the vehicle before any payment
• Confirm the Host's identity, phone number, and ownership

CJF is not liable for:

• Fake listings
• Fraudulent users
• Scams
• Stolen vehicles
• Misrepresentation

Users agree they use CJF at their own risk.

3. Host Responsibilities

Hosts must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Upload real photos of their vehicles
• Maintain vehicles in safe, legal condition
• Meet Renters in person
• Handle all payments directly
• Handle all disputes, refunds, and damages directly
• Provide correct ID and contact information
• Follow all applicable laws

Hosts are fully responsible for:

• Vehicle condition
• Mechanical failures
• Accidents
• Refunds
• Cancellations
• Payment issues
• Renter disputes

CJF is not responsible for Host behavior.

4. False Information & Fraud

If a Host provides false, misleading, or incomplete information, CJF may:

• Suspend account
• Permanently ban the Host
• Remove all listings
• Report information to law enforcement

Fraud = instant termination.

5. Reporting & Removal

To maintain platform safety:

• Any Host receiving 7 verified scam reports will be permanently banned
• CJF may remove users at any time for violating safety or honesty standards
• CJF may share information with authorities if needed

6. Verified Host Badge

A "Verified" badge means the Host passed basic checks.

Verification does NOT guarantee:

• Safety
• Payment protection
• Vehicle condition
• Legitimacy of the transaction

Renters must still follow all safety guidelines.

7. Renter Responsibilities

Renters agree to:

• Inspect vehicles before paying
• Confirm Host identity
• Use safe meeting locations
• Handle disputes directly with Hosts
• Understand CJF does not guarantee listings

8. Payments & Refunds

CJF does not handle payments.

CJF has zero involvement in:

• Deposits
• Refunds
• Late fees
• Damage charges
• Cancellations
• Payment disputes

All financial matters are strictly between Host and Renter.

9. CJF Liability Limitations

CJF is NOT responsible for:

• Scams
• Vehicle defects or breakdowns
• Damages or injuries
• Financial loss
• Misrepresentations
• Fraudulent users
• Disputes
• Illegal rentals
• Loss of property

Users hold CJF 100% harmless from all claims and damages.

10. Privacy & Law Enforcement

CJF:

• Stores only basic account information
• Does not sell user data
• May release data to law enforcement in cases of fraud, stolen vehicles, identity misuse, or safety threats

11. Age Requirement

All users must be 18+ years old.

12. Arbitration Clause

All disputes involving CJF must go to binding arbitration, not court.

Users agree:

• No class-action lawsuits
• Arbitration occurs in CJF's operating state
• CJF's total liability = $0

13. Updates to Terms

CJF may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.

14. Final Acceptance

By using CJF, you fully accept the Terms & Conditions, safety warnings, and all user responsibilities.
