⚠️ By creating a Host account, you legally agree to all terms below. This is a binding agreement.
Host Obligations & Legal Agreement
By creating a Host account, you legally agree to the following:
✓ Vehicle Ownership
You confirm that you are the legal owner of all listed vehicles.
✓ Truthful Information
All information you provide is accurate and truthful. False information may result in account termination and legal action.
✓ CJF's Limited Role
You understand CJF is not involved in your rentals. CJF is only an advertising platform. All rental transactions, agreements, and payments occur directly between you and the Renter.
✓ In-Person Meetings Required
You agree to meet renters in person before payment. Remote-only transactions increase fraud risk and violate platform safety guidelines.
✓ Full Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Payments (collecting, processing, disputes)
- Refunds (issuing, denying, managing)
- Damage claims (inspection, documentation, resolution)
- Disputes (mediation, legal action if necessary)
- Vehicle safety (maintenance, insurance, roadworthiness)
- Legal compliance (licenses, permits, taxes)
CJF has zero involvement in these matters.
✓ Liability
You accept full liability for your actions, your vehicle, and your interactions with Renters. CJF is not liable for any damages, injuries, financial loss, or disputes.
⚠️ Account Termination Policy
If you receive 7 verified scam reports, your account will be permanently banned.
CJF takes fraud seriously. Multiple verified complaints will result in immediate removal from the platform.
⚠️ False Information = Termination
If you provide false information, CJF may:
- Delete your account immediately
- Remove all listings
- Report you to law enforcement
- Share your information with authorities
Fraud = instant termination.
✓ Release of CJF from Liability
You release CJF from all liability related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle accidents or mechanical failures
- Renter disputes or non-payment
- Fraudulent renters or scams
- Legal issues or regulatory violations
- Personal injury or property damage
✓ I Agree & Accept
By creating a Host account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Host Agreement, as well as CJF's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
